There are regular services to London Liverpool Street with stations at Theobalds Grove, Waltham Cross, Cheshunt, Broxbourne and Rye House (Hoddesdon). To the north, the railways provide direct access to Cambridge and Stansted Airport.
The Borough benefits from good bus links to and from Waltham Cross bus station. The bus station serves as the main terminus and starting point for local bus routes, linking the Borough with North London, Hertford, Waltham Abbey, Loughton and Potters Bar. Waltham Cross has Transport for London services heading south towards Enfield and Turnpike Lane and north, east and west towards Hertfordshire and Essex.
The National Concessionary fares scheme entitles all qualifying disabled and over 60's to free off peak local bus travel within England. In addition Hertfordshire pass holders will also be able to travel at any time on bus services across Hertfordshire.

The Borough of Broxbourne is conveniently located for London Luton (45 minuet drive away) and London Stansted airports which provide national and international links. Coaches make regular journeys to these airports and the Stansted train service stops in Cheshunt. Because of the Borough's easy access to the M25, London Heathrow and Gatwick are also accessible
